Andjela Todorovic is a learning facilitator in many European projects and a triple ambassador to Serbia in international organisations (like the International Youth Committee, International Youth Math Challenge, European Student Think Tal). Her main field of interests is Non-Formal Education with young people regarding human rights education, youth participation, intercultural learning and dialogue, conflict management and social inclusion. She also gives lessons on entrepreneurship and social responsibility, project writing, project management, and financial management. Luckily, she has managed to connect her passion for change-making with the love for traveling and participated in various youth programmes around Europe, allowing her to visit 22 countries and represent 9 NGOs.
Andjela is also a CEO and main Unity developer at EduSphera (past Operation: Youth activation), a technology startup based in Nis, Serbia, and funded by Erste Bank. EduSphera brings the virtual playground to life and uses physical activity as a powerful tool against main education problems. Prior to this project, she has developed an award-winning Android app MiCross for the Mobile Telephony of Serbia, that made its debut at MWC 2016 in Barcelona. Believing that you can never be overeducated, she is currently enrolled as a double Bachelor student, parallel on Bachelor of Mathematics and Statistics and Bachelor of Computer Science at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, University of Nish, Serbia. Her fields of research are machine learning and data science.
