Applications for Deputy Working Groups Coordinator for 2025-2026 OPEN

Then you should apply for the Deputy Working Groups Coordinator position at the European Student Think Tank.
The Deputy Working Groups Coordinator oversees all seven EST Working Groups. In this role, you will serve as the primary link between the groups and the rest of the organisation. In this role you will have the chance to enable the members in your department to reach their full potential as young researchers. This position requires a commitment of approximately 6–8 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Support the Working Groups Coordinator in the overseeing and coordination the work of 7 Working Groups
- Liaise between the Working Groups the rest of departments of the organisation
- Support and guide the work of the Working Group Heads and inform them about opportunities and initiatives for their involvement within the EST
- Support in the organisation of monthly coordination meetings with all Heads of the Working Groups
- Foster development of members hard and soft skills
- Create synergies between departments for internal collaborations
- Represent the Working Groups coordinator by attending Board Meetings if necessary
Requirements
- Excellent command of the English language
- Previous experience in research and publication processes is an asset
- Be knowledgeable about a wide range of European affairs
- Strong leadership and communication qualities
- Organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Possess a vision for the EST
