The International Office works as the facilitator between the EST’s Board and its Ambassadors. Stefan, our International Officer, works closely with our Senior Ambassadors to make sure that our International Ambassadors have all the information they need to pursue their projects effectively, such as assisting them with their articles and helping them organise events. We give them feedback on their work and suggestions for future endeavours.

Nora is originally from Hungary and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations with a specialization in Global Security at Leiden University. Her passion is cyber security, in particular, its implications for international cooperation and the role of human behavior.
Prior to this, she spent her undergraduate years at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Germany studying History and American Studies. As the EST offered the ideal platform to put acquired knowledge and skills into practice, she eventually became its Ambassador to Germany in 2016.
Apart from this, Nora has worked with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the U.S. Department of State among others. She also actively contributes to youth initiatives such as the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations and the Youth Atlantic Treaty Association.
In her downtime, you are most likely to find Nora sailing, playing ultimate frisbee or cooking with the smoke detector cheering her on.
