Our board members serve one-year terms, meaning we need new board members every year. The board is split up in the Directive Board (President, Treasurer, Secretary) and the Executive Board (International Officer, Editor in Chief, etc). All positions give you the chance to experience work in a dynamic, international think tank. As the EST is a student-led organization, we only offer volunteer-based positions.
Equal Opportunities:
The EST Board has an equal policy representation for members of our organization, with 50% women and 50% men in our Board and International Office. The EST Board of 2016 has committed to the progressive implementation of equality quotas in our organization beginning September 5th 2016, and committing to achieve a 50/50 representation by the first day of 2017.
Applications for the 2018/2019 Board are OPEN
Candidates should send their application to applications@esthinktank.com.
After interviewing the best candidates, new board members will be selected in early August and will then go through a transition period during the summer. All positions are open to undergraduate and postgraduate European students with a good command of English.
