
Professor Carlos Moreiro González, from the University Carlos III of Madrid, interviewed with EST Ambassador for Spain, Pedro Aránguez Díaz, to discuss the ongoing challenges that we face and how youth can contribute to the solution.
Prof. Moreiro is also Jean Monnet Chair “ad personam” in EU Law, has been a professor for the School of Diplomacy of the Spanish government, and has frequently acted as an expert for numerous EU institutions and agencies, among them as a legal adviser for the European Economic and Social Committee on the Convention on the future of Europe.
