Are you studying or interested in European security and defense issues? Do you have a passion for research and writing? Then you should apply to join the growing team of the Working Group on Security and Defence of the European Student Think Tank!

The European Student Think Tank is an international organization that promotes young peoples’ engagement in the European policy-making process and promotes the values of the European Union. The working group is currently looking for dedicated and passionate graduate students and young professionals with a keen interest in geopolitical and/or security issues.

Starting November 2020, you will contribute to joint publications, write your own independent papers, and promote the working group’s visibility. Check out our latest Security Report to see our previous activities and research areas. You can also now follow us on Twitter!

Requirements:

This call addresses young professionals and graduate students. This is a remote position. To apply, please send:

• A one-page CV, mentioning all relevant activities;
• A short letter of motivation;
• A one-page statement (maximum) describing your fields of interest;
• Academic writing sample (if applicable).
