
Mr. López Aguilar speaks with Pedro Aránguez, Ambassador for Spain, about populism and the rule of law in the European Union. Mr. López Aguilar served as Minister of Justice and congressman in Spain. He is currently a member of the European Parliament where he has chaired the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs. He is also a professor on Constitutional Law.
